The firm
Founded in 2025, Sagara Strategic Legal Advisory is a boutique law firm based in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), Jakarta. We act for creditors and businesses when a business relationship goes wrong: a partner fails to pay, a debtor enters PKPU or bankruptcy, a contract turns out to be unenforceable, or a dispute can no longer be settled internally.
We work in Indonesian and English, and advise both Indonesian companies and foreign companies doing business in Indonesia.

How we work
Legal problems rarely arrive without warning. Every engagement, from reviewing a single clause to representing a client in court, runs in the same three layers:
- Identification: mapping the weak points early, such as one-sided contract terms, receivables that start to slip, or obligations that have not been met.
- Assessment: measuring the legal and commercial exposure, then weighing the most rational route: negotiation, litigation, arbitration, or bankruptcy and PKPU proceedings.
- Management: carrying out the chosen strategy through to completion, and closing the same gap so it does not recur.
Founder
Aulia Guzasiah, S.H., M.H. is the Founding Partner of Sagara Strategic Legal Advisory. He is an Indonesian advocate licensed by PERADI, and a receiver (kurator) and administrator (pengurus) registered with the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of AKPI, the Indonesian association of receivers and administrators.
He holds a Master of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada and previously practised at Nindyo & Associates. His work covers civil and commercial disputes at various levels of court and in arbitration, as well as creditor work in PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings. Because he is qualified to act as a receiver and administrator, he understands insolvency proceedings from both sides: the interests of the parties, and how receivers and administrators actually work.
